To ensure continuity between the WV Wraparound programs (Safe at Home, Children's Mental Health Wraparound, and CSED Waiver), the WV DHHR has created a plan of care that will be used by all Wraparound providers,
effective March 1, 2022.
All Wraparound plans of care will utilize this format going forward. In order to ensure understanding of this plan format, the Wraparound trainers from Marshall will be conducting four trainings in February to catch all facilitators and supervisors.
You only need to register for one of the following trainings. Each training has a capacity of 50 participants to ensure questions can be answered for all attendees. Facilitators and supervisors will be prioritized for attendance.
