Costume Pickup:

Good Evening Company Parents,

We have begun the process of costume distribution for our upcoming Gala, LA Trip and End of Year Production. The next costume pickup date will be Saturday, February 26th from 9am-11am here at the studio. No costumes will be distributed before then as our staff is busy preparing in other ways for these upcoming weeks. Thank you for your understanding.

The costumes distributed on the 26th will be for Gala & LA only, unless you are paid in full by Monday, February 21st- . Kim Alderson is our financial manager and is happy to answer any questions regarding your balance, please feel free to email or call her, as she is the only member of our staff that can assist you in these fiscal matters. The remaining costumes will be picked up at NHAPA on Wednesday April 6th from 6pm-7pm, provided your account is up to date.

Thank you for your continued support and if you have any questions please feel free to email Kim Alderson at kimalderson@nhapa.org

LA Attire & Performance Masks:

Please make sure you have all three of the following for your packing list:

*”New” black bodysuit with mesh on top from this past year (Revolution, #RD50036)
*Purple mesh on top bodysuit from revolution that can be ordered online (Revolution, #RD50036)

Dress Code for LA:
Day 1: Criss Cross or Mock Neck Leo with Tan Tights

Hair:
Hair will be a neat high pony. During ballet, you are expected to have your hair in a bun. We do not know the schedule for classes at the moment, so bring everything you would need to put your hair in a bun with you to classes. Tights should be in good conditions, meaning no holes or runs. For hip hop you can wear clothes but no changing hair. Everyone is expected to look neat and professional. If you have any questions, reach out to Marissa or Hailey.

We won't know the final plan for masking during the performance boards until right before we depart. For classes please feel free to pack the style of masks that you prefer. We want to be prepared if masking is required for the boards and want each company member to locate their black performance mask from this past year. IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT-alert Makayla ASAP so we can put in an order!

Please feel free to enquire with Daveda or Makayla at the desk or your captains for specific questions you have or wish to purchase something. Let the countdown begin!

Tights:
If you need extra tights, I would advise you to order them ASAP. There are still shipping delays.
