Students Learn About Careers on Visit to Kauffman Stadium, Salute Featured Sponsor for February

A group of students from Wyandotte High School and from Carl Bruce Middle School visited Kauffman Stadium recently to learn about careers in sports and seasonal employment at the stadium.

The group was given a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium and met with a panel of employees of the Royals organization to learn about a variety of career paths.

The Kansas City Royals' Foundation is JAG-K's featured "Sponsor of the Month" for February. In addition to the employer engagement tour this month, the Kansas City Royals Foundation provided more than 1,000 tickets for JAG-K students and staff to attend a Royals game last September. And last spring, the foundation provided jackets, dress pants and skirts
