BIOGRAPHIES

Lisa Kealy

Partner, EY


Lisa leads EY Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) services in Ireland and is a member of the EY European WAM leadership committee. Lisa is Vice-Chair of Irish Funds Council and is a member of EFAMA's ETF working group. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in Europe and Asia and a contributor to leading financial service industry publications. Lisa holds an MSc in Pure Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.


Amanda Zahringer

Global Executive Director, Board Member


Amanda started her career as an international corporate lawyer and Top 5 law firm partner in London, Madrid and Dublin where she led Bn$ transactions across the world. She built on this expertise as an Executive Director at global financial institutions leading numerous cross functional departments. With over two decades of experience at multinationals, her diverse expertise extends to Boards, business strategy, strategic leadership, personal and organisational development, fintech, law, and philanthropy. She currently contributes her expertise across multiple boards, including serving as Chair of both the Supervisory Board of the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland and Community Finance Ireland (the largest provider of social finance Ireland). Amanda is also a member of the Irish Times Training Academic Advisory Panel where she advises on business strategy, growth and innovation. In addition to being a Chair and Independent Non-Executive Director (INED), in the wider business environment Amanda is an international keynote speaker, guest lecturer at the IMI in women in leadership, executive coach and mentor and runs her own strategic management consultancy office.


Kim Egan

Director, KKR


Kim is a Director on the Leveraged Credit team at KKR with a focus on investments in the retail and consumer space. Prior to this, Kim was an Associate on the KPMG M&A Advisory team. She holds an Bachelor of Law (BCL) and Masters in Intellectual Property and E-Law (LLM) from University College Cork and is a Chartered Accountant.
