North Shore Mechanical Contractors Remembers...
It is with great sadness that North Shore Mechanical Contractors, LLC announced the sudden passing of a longtime cherished employee and friend, John Balderrama. JB, as he was known at NSMC, was employed the division for almost 35 years. He will be remembered fondly and we will miss him dearly.

Project Management Peer Group visits Central Florida!
This past August, our Project Management Peer Group traveled to the central Florida region for some in-depth round table discussions, from project take-off to closure, and toured of one of the more expansive jobs of Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, the World Equestrian Center. Our members who were able to attend this trip were: Drew Moulson & Billy Wells of William R. Nash, Jeremy Bergey & Matt Benner of I.T. Landes, Wes Schumacher of HB McClure, Dennis Robarge of North Shore Mechanical Contractors, and Greg Ellis of Nash Plumbing and Mechanical. In addition to the trip, Nash Plumbing and Mechanical President, Ryan Nash, joined this team for dinner and an office-site tour to engage in collective discussions and comradery across each division. Thank you to the Nash Plumbing and Mechanical Team for the hospitality and amazing experiences shared by all.

IT Landes Division Supports Suicide Awareness Month
Our IT Landes division dedicated the month of September to raising awareness for Suicide Prevention.

Their team produced a social media campaign, supported and volunteered at a Survivor's Walk, and also hosted a virtual meeting with guest speaker, Michelle Walker, to discuss the warning signs of suicide and preventative measures family and friends can take to support their loved ones. TRUST, TEAM, & GRIT
Last month, Hurricane Ian destroyed parts of Southwest Florida. Vacation hot spots were unrecognizable, local residents were left homeless as the flood waters consumed the coast. Nash Plumbing and Mechanical's Team visited Ft. Meyers/ Sanibel Island to offer their services and support to their local customers. Jonathan Brokaw describes their experience here and how the 4 team members embodied our core values of TRUST, TEAM, and GRIT throughout their trip.

IT Landes Celebrates Their Employee Owners!
 Over the Summer, IT Landes held their employee appreciation day at Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom!
About 200+ employees and their families signed up to attend. They had a buffet lunch and it turned out to be a really nice day!

Cyber Security Awareness Month
October was Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and while HB Global makes sure everyone has the tools and information they need to protect themselves and the organization from cyber threats year-round, during October the IT team emphasized how critical it is to have HB Global's user community aware of threats and “See Yourself in Cyber”.

“See Yourself in Cyber” – demonstrated that while cybersecurity may seem like a complex subject, ultimately, it’s really all about people.
