We have a variety of sponsorship levels that include after-party tickets for some or all guests!

  • This year's gala after-party includes a live karaoke band, light bites, and open bar. It is expected to sell out, so be sure to purchase your after-party tickets early!

Thank you to everyone who participated "Teacher for the Day" Auction! The auction raised over $26,000 for our school! We are excited to host these experiences at the end of the month!

Our Gala Committee is seeking items or services to add to our auction and we would love your help!

GIFT CARD & ALCOHOL DRIVE - February 27 - March 3

We are collecting gift cards and/or wine & spirits to create amazing auction packages for the This is the Greatest Show Gala. Gift cards for restaurants, family activities, spa/salons and retail shops are popular. Send Gift Cards in to the school’s front desk, Attn: Gala Committee. Please also include your family's name with items you are donating so that we can provide proper donation acknowledgment. Gala committee members will also be available to take your donations curbside February 27 - March 3.


**Donations to the Gala count as 2 Paduan Points!**

GALA BASKETS/PROJECTS

Grade levels are working hard on their Class Baskets or Projects! Below are each theme and corresponding Amazon Registry per grade-level. Please donate an item and together we will complete their baskets and projects with amazing, auction-worthy items. You can purchase items from Amazon and have them mailed directly to the school.


 

If you prefer to donate gift cards and cash instead of specific basket item:

  • Cash, checks or gift cards should be sent in ATTN: Gala Committee in a sealed envelope marked with grade-level and Gala Baskets.
  • Please also include your family's name with donation/gift cards so that we can provide proper donation acknowledgment.

 

If you have any questions about Gala Projects/Baskets, please contact your Room Parents for your respective grade-levels. Deadline to donate items for this year's baskets is February 24, 2023. Your participation is very much appreciated! THANK YOU!

We are once again hosting a Winner's Choice Raffle as a part of our Gala! Raffle packets went home in Green Folders with Youngest/Only students before Thanksgiving. Please be sure to read the letter thoroughly to answer your questions.


This is the Greatest Show Gala: WINNER’S CHOICE RAFFLE • PRICE: $20.00 each. 

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a choice of one (1) of three trips:
