VOLUNTEER UPDATES

Dear Jefferson Families,

We are excited to announce that effective on Monday, February 14th, the following in-person volunteer based school, PTA, and BCHD programs will be re-starting:

Hands On Art (PTA)
The Garden Program (BCHD/PTA)
The Nutrition Program (BCHD/PTA)
The Running Club (PTA)
Battle of the Books/BOB (PTA)

Additionally, the following events are "a go" as scheduled and planned:

The Kids Heart Challenge on 2/17/22
The Book Fair from 2/25/22 to 3/4/22
BOB for 3rd Grade on 3/2/22
BOB for 4th & 5th Grade on 3/23/22

We look forward to our students having these experiences. Parent volunteers will be allowed back on campus for the above structured programs and events only for the time being. Click here to access the 21/22 RBUSD Volunteer Handbook.

THE ROADIUM

ENTRANCE STARTING AT 6:30PM

MOVIE STARTS AT 7:30PM

Join us for a fun outdoor movie night on March 4th at the Roadium! We will have several food trucks providing diverse meal options for everyone.

Tickets are only $20/car.

There will be plenty of room for the kids to hang out with their friends during the movie.

We are still working with our school partner, Alta Vista Elementary, and with The Roadium to finalize our movie pick.

KIDS HEART CHALLENGE UPDATES

Our Kids Heart Challenge is off to an AMAZING start!

We have met our participation goal with over 250 students joining the Jefferson team! We will be celebrating with PAJAMA DAY!

We still have a week left of our KHC Road Trip,

so if you want to join the fun, there’s still time! Follow these steps to get started today!

Any student who raises $200 by our event day on February 17th will receive the XL Heart Hero Captain KHC!!!
