Greetings!
February offers many opportunities to be in worship, study, and fellowship. Please read over the announcements each week to see where you might want to participate. Our Friday emails will highlight the upcoming events for this coming week.
Sunday, February 5
Service times – 8:30 am, 9:45 am, and 11:00 am
Our worship services are both in-person and livestreamed. We need a lot of help this coming Sunday in terms of worship leaders. At the 8:30 am service we need a reader. At the 9:45 am service we need a reader and Assisting Minister. At the 11:00 am service we need an acolyte/crucifer.

Faith Formation, Confirmation, High School Class, and Table Talk – 9:45 am
All of our educational opportunities are in session this Sunday.
Day of Prayer – February 6 – 8 am to 8 pm
Please sign up if you are willing to participate in our Day of Prayer as we prepare for Lent. Our hope is that we are in continuous prayer throughout the day. You can pray in the comfort of your own space, or you can come to the church. All are welcome to participate.

Annual Meeting – February 12 – 12 pm
All voting members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting to be held on Sunday, February 12, at 12 pm. Hard copies of the annual report can be found in the Crossroads and on the website.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper – February 21 – 6 pm
Our pancake supper is the day before Ash Wednesday. Please come to enjoy a meal, fellowship, and support the Youth Mission Trips. We need both adults and youth to help with the set-up, collect donations, and clean-up! The youth can earn Community service hours. Here is the link to volunteer. There is no sign-up for the dinner. Bring your palms from the last Palm Sunday. At the end of the dinner we will bury the “Alleluias” and burn the palms to make ashes for Ash Wednesday. Come and enjoy the whole experience!
Spiritual Retreat – February 25 – 10 am to 4 pm
On Saturday, February 25, we will meet in Reston Town Center. We are set for an awesome day of study and fellowship. Please come and feel free to invite others! More details can be found in the announcements.
