New date: P2 and Metal Fabricating and Finishing Webinar

According to the CDC, more than 81,000 drug overdose deaths occurred in the United States between May 2019 and May 2020. The FDA reports that up to 850,000 people are injured every year by sharps that were not discarded properly.

January means air compliance reporting 

For some sources, January begins with a flurry of annual compliance reports that are due by the end of the month. For others, due dates can be based on the facility’s Class I or Title V permitting schedule or a result of applicable federal rules, known as National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants found in 40 CFR Part 63

One rule, 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart XXXXXX, applies to many sources that apply paints and coatings to metal parts and are considered area sources of hazardous air pollutants. This rule requires annual compliance reporting by Jan. 31 each year.
