New pregnancy app: CHA is now offering the YoMingo® app for our pregnant patients. Just follow these simple steps to sign up:

Step 1: Register for YoMingo® and follow the instructions to set up a secure account.
Step 2: Check Your Email! Once you are registered, you will get an email from noreply@yomingo.com with your login credentials. If you don’t get an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Step 3: Download the app from Apple Store or Google Play.
Step 4: Log in to the YoMingo website or the app to login to access your pregnancy information and support tools.

Malden Teen Health Opening

Juggling your teenager’s schedule can be challenging. CHA just made it easier for them to get health care - opening a new Malden Teen Health Center at Malden High School. Anyone between the ages of 12-24 can stop by and get primary care, mental health support, reproductive health services and even basic oral health. The clinic closes in the summer but will be open at the start of the school year. Find out more here.
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

If you have Tufts Health Together with CHA insurance and meet other eligibility criteria, you may be able to get a monthly $100 stipend to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables for up to a year at select stores, including Stop and Shop. Talk with your primary care team to find out if you are eligible for the Fresh Connect Program. You can also see if you are eligible by clicking "Apply" on the listing for Fresh Connect here.
