Relax in the Original Green Room

Did you know that the human eye perceives more shades of green than any other color? This trait came in especially handy for our early ancestors who depended on distinguishing shades of green to identify food in a lush landscape.

Green has also been proven to have a calming effect, and explains why lounges where performers relax have historically been "green rooms." We encourage you, as the star of your best story, to make full use of the natural green room at your disposal.

Food and Nutrition Insecurity

We focus a lot of attention on encouraging food choices that promote health—but sadly, too many don't have that choice to make.

The Gaples Institute is helping to educate physicians about rapid ways to identify patients with food insecurity (it isn't always obvious). This is a key topic in our online clinician education program.

You can help too. The link below, provided by Feeding America, can help you find a food bank near you. Refer someone you know who may be in need, or help out as you can.
