Speech Length: Minimum: 2 minutes; Maximum: 5 minutes

To Participate:

Submit Your Speech Script by February 28

January 31: IF the Participant is presenting TWO Speeches, the 1st Speech Script must be submitted by January 31. (Participants presenting ONE Speech have until February 28 to submit their speech script.)
February 28: The FINAL DEADLINE for Registration in the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference & Oratorical Festival. The FINAL DEADLINE for Speech Script Submissions.
