Merry Christmas and happy holidays! We hope you're enjoying a great holiday season with your family and friends and have a fun and safe New Year's Eve celebration.

We were honored to wrap up 2022 by being named Developer of the Year by the American Institute of Investment Housing for our efforts to ensure home ownership remains attainable. We believe our teachers, first responders, and law enforcement personnel should be able to live and send their children to school in the same communities where they serve, and we work proactively with numerous agencies to identify public/private partnerships, improve legislation, and identify grants that address the housing deficit

We're looking forward to the growth and progress 2023 will bring to our city, and we will definitely be supporting our Jacksonville Jaguars as they make a run for the playoffs in January. Go Jags!

We broke ground on Beachline, our new multifamily community on the eastside this month! The 240-unit gated development will include one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, a resort-style pool, clubhouse, and fitness center. Four months after completing its first build-to-suit project for a national retailer, Corner Lot sold the O’Reilly building in Phase II of the Parkway Place development. Purchased for $2.8M on November 30 by Park Plaza L.L.C., the building is located at 1335 St. Johns Parkway, St. Johns, Florida 32259. The purchase price was a 5% cap rate. Corner Lot sold Phase I of Parkway Place earlier this year and Phase III is scheduled to open in 2023 with tenants that include Tsaocaa Tea, Kid Strong, and Oola Mala Noodles & Japanese Restaurant.

Meet Our Team: Andre Green, Commercial Dev. Mgr.

Originally from Chicago, Andre Green has been in Jacksonville since 1996. He attended Bishop Kennedy High School and graduated from the University of North Florida as a member of the golf team in 2004. Prior to joining Corner Lot, Andre worked at Synovus Bank where he provided advice and guidance in the areas of commercial banking, consumer banking, and investments as a Private Wealth Advisor. In his current role as a Commercial Development Manager, Andre is involved in all aspects of Corner Lot's commercial properties. Andre enjoys golf, exercise, and hanging out with his dog Deuce.
