Registration - Parent Portal
We have asked all participants to register together with their unit or Scouting group. This simplifies the administrative procedures and will streamline the check-in process at the Camporee. To facilitate this, the unit Point of Contact (POC) can enable parent portal for their unit/group. This allows parents to log in and complete all necessary data fields for their Scouts and make payments towards their participation fees. Thus the unit/group leadership does not have to be collecting fees locally.
Registration spots designated by the parent portal are reserved for 14 days. Please note that while parent portal allows parents the option to pay for their Scouts, the unit is ultimately responsible for the overall registration, including full payment.
Make sure that your parents log in and pay their deposits within those 14 days!
