Winter Camellia Sasanquas: Budded & Blooming
We have hundreds of camellia sasanqua shrubs in dozens of varieties that are currently budding or in bloom for winter. Camellia sasanqua flowers are typically smaller (1.5" to 4" wide) than their camellia japonica cousins (5" wide or more). However, camellia sasanqua plants are generally more prolific bloomers, producing more flowers overall. Sasanquas are also considered more compact, most growing from 4 to 15 feet tall. This makes them easier to maintain with regular pruning.

Winter Daphne odoras produce beautiful pink & white clusters of four-petal blooms. These evergreen shrubs are prized for their beautiful, sweet-scented flowers that add a touch of winter color to an otherwise stark January and February. The glossy, pointed dark green leaves are attractive and keep their color throughout the winter.

Edgeworthia Chrysantha, aka Paperbush Plant, is a deciduous shrub that blooms in late winter to early spring. Round buds will open up into stunning white and yellow bloom clusters, like buttery popcorn balls. A lovely hint of winter color that releases a sweet & attractive fragrance. Low maintenance with a mounded form.
