Our 2023 Medical Outreach was a Success!
Dear Ndudi,
On Saturday April 1st, we hosted our Annual Free Medical Outreach in Azaregbelu - a village located in Imo State, Nigeria. We were joined by over 80 volunteers including Nurses, Pharmacists, Eye Doctors, Medical Doctors, and more, who worked tirelessly to provide exams and basic medical care to all who attended.
We attended to people from all ages and walks of life. Some had never received care from a doctor before. A few of the most common ailments reported included malaria and high blood pressure. In the end, we were able to provide services for around 650 people, giving them a 2-3 month supply of much needed prescriptions.
We remain endlessly grateful to our volunteers in Nigeria and all of our supporters. YOU helped make this happen and we could not have done it without you.
