Keep your Customers SAFE within your SPACE!
Show management will be vigilantly monitoring the show floor to ensure a safe work environment. It needs to be everyone’s goal to minimize the potential hazards and reduce the risk of injuries – everyone needs to think safe and stay safe.

Should you see a hazard or unsafe work practice on the show floor, we request that you notify show management immediately.
Some important reminders to keep your customers and staff safe:

  • Remember that your customers are so excited to be back in person at the show and they are distracted by the crowds, boats, lights, banners, etc.

  • Remind your staff to clear any trip hazards within your space.

  • Provide training for temporary staff working in the booth to include advising public on how to board display boats safety, use handrails, navigate stairs and general boat boarding safety.

Safety is everybody’s responsibility!!
Take a Break in the Exhibitor Lounge
The Exhibitor Lounge is located in Salon 105, just east of the show office.

The lounge has tables, chairs, free WIFI, computers for your use, and a microwave.

There will not be any food services in the Exhibitor's lounge but is a great place to get off the show floor to work, meet and connect in a quiet environment.
Thank you to our Exhibitor Lounge Sponsors...
Over 300 FREE Seminars for Your Customers!
Seminars remain an important show experience for your customers! They continue to tell us they want to be educated, motivated, and inspired!

The show offers Over 300 Free Seminars!

With a variety of speakers and topics for boaters of all skill level and type.

New this year, we have 2 seminar areas on the show floor, The Boathouse in space # 1140 and Avia Main Stage in Heritage Court.

Other locations to find seminars and workshops are in the Presentation Theatre (now called Studio EX) and Salon 107 located at Hall B entrance.

Full seminar details and listings in the show guide and on the Toronto Boat Show’s website.
Thank you for guiding them to these areas if your customers are asking!!
Exercise All Safety Measures & Stay Healthy!
We hope you and your staff are feeling well and exercising all safety measures such as washing your hand or using hand sanitizer often accessible to all your staff within your space.

Should you have any health concerns as the show progresses and wish to use a COVID test, they are available on the counter at the Show Office, Salon 103.

We wish you a great show!
Move-Out Rules & Guidelines
Although we have 6 days remaining in the show, we need to begin preliminary plans for move-out.
SAFETY GUIDELINES:

Reminder: Health & Safety Regulations are the same during move-out as they were during move-in.

  • Storage crates will be returned to your exhibit space by Monday, January 30, at 8am.

  • On Monday, January 30, all exhibitors report to the staging yard for a vehicle window card and building access.

  • Main Hall access is restricted during move-out - not all doors are open.

  • Freight-free aisles will be maintained.

  • There is limited access to the show floor; you are encouraged to bring a dolly to the show to transport materials.

  • Personal protective equipment must be worn - particularly when accessing high-activity zones (safety shoes, hard hats, fall-arrest equipment).
CRANES & FORKLIFTS:

  • If you need a crane or forklift to help lift boats, please CLICK HERE to download the request form, complete it, and return it to the Show Office (Salon 103) by 9pm this Wednesday, January 25th, so we can begin creating the schedule. Printed forms are available at the Show Office for those who do not have access to a printer.
  • If we don't receive a crane service form from you, we will assume you do not require assistance from the show's equipment.

  • It's important that exhibitors adhere to target times for move-out, as it is vital to getting everyone out on deadline. There will be a full move-out on Sunday evening with the majority of booth exhibitors leaving between 6 and 9pm.

  • On Friday, boat exhibitors will receive specific target times for their move-out, with designated crane and forklift times for their boats.

  • Many boat companies located near the roll-up doors will be given target times for Sunday's move-out. This is necessary in order to get the cranes into the building to begin lifting boats Monday at 8am sharp!

  • The Industry Building and East Annex must be completely vacated by 6pm, Monday; and the Main Hall, by 6pm, Tuesday.

If you have questions regarding move-out, please leave a message at the Show Office for move-out coordinator Shawn McConnell (416-574-9826), who will come by your display to talk to you.
