Goudy Construction, Inc is a privately held fully insured commercial and residential construction company. We are also a developer of several properties, Goudy Entertainment LLC, and Goudy Apartment Homes LLC. With over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, Goudy staff is committed to serving the communities with an economic development infrastructure.  

The owner Patricia Sigers, aims to provide great workmanship in operating a staff of project managers, office assistances, three field superintendents and a dedicated subcontractor crew. Throughout Goudy’s Construction career we have performed work for the Birmingham Housing Authority, City of Birmingham, Jefferson County Commission, Maxwell Air force Base, YW-Homes, and many other corporate organizations. These various projects ranged from one million to four million in project scope of work to be performed. As a vital role in servicing the community we are proud to be license by the State of Alabama as a general contractor #40684 as well as a licenses home builder #13545.
