The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) has injected money into states, municipalities, and agencies such as Senior Solutions across the nation. Last fall, Senior Solutions was notified by the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) that we would receive some of this ARPA funding. In concert with the four other agencies on aging in Vermont, we have set up a granting process through which our community partners may submit funding proposals for projects benefitting our mutual clients. Concerned with Balance or Falling? Free Tai-Chi Classes in Bellows Falls and Brattleboro Can Help!
Two new Tai Chi for Falls Prevention classes have launched, sponsored by Senior Solutions and free to all adults 60 or better. Both classes are taught by Certified Tai Chi Instructors. 
Brattleboro Area Hospice has announced Advanced Care Planning sessions on Zoom from 10 to 11am every Wednesday. Advance care planning ensures that your loved ones and health professionals know what you want in a medical emergency when you are unable to speak for yourself. Read more
