Community invited to WED Holiday Party December 10
Williston Economic Development - The community is invited to attend our holiday open house on Friday, December 10 at the River's Edge. The annual celebration will be held from 5-8 p.m. There will be complimentary appetizers, door prizes, live music and networking. We hope to see you there!

Holiday Stroll December 10 in Downtown Williston
Roundup - There's something for everyone in Downtown Williston. Join the Williston Downtowners Association for its Holiday Stroll on Friday, Dec. 10 from 5-8 p.m. There will be free children's activities, including free photos with Santa at Jackie's Therapeutic Massage, shopping deals at locally owned stores, music, drink and app specials for those 21+ wearing ugly Christmas sweaters and even Christmas trees sold by the Boy Scouts. Festival of Trees raises $200,000 for
Outdoor Pool Project
Williston Herald - The snowy weather didn’t stop attendees from dressing up, stepping out and stepping up for this year’s Festival of Trees fundraiser. Hosted by the Williston Community Builders and Busy Bee’s Hot Oil, the annual gala transformed the Williston ARC into a wintery forest of glitter and greenery. The auction is the Community Builders main fundraiser of the year, with the organization donating those dollars back to community organizations and non-profits. This year more than $200,000 was raised for the community pool project. Read More

Bell Ringers help Williston Salvation Army
meet $85,000 Goal
KUMV-TV - Christmas approaches and volunteers across the country grab bells and ring in the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. In Williston, people are donating their time to help fill those containers for a local cause. Officials with the Salvation Army in Williston say many individuals and groups have signed up to ring the bells, with 150 more hours scheduled compared to last year. The campaign's goal is $85,000. The conference will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan. More than 500 business and technical delegates from Canada and the USA are expected to attend. The theme is ‘Energy from the Earth‘. More information
