PHIWM is working on gathering information on the ever-changing pandemic world here in Western MA. Please complete this survey, which will help them ‘take the pulse’ of Western MA regarding access to information and support services after three long years of the pandemic, and as we approach the official end of the COVID-19 public health emergency on May 11, 2023. It also will help PHIWM understand how people use 413Cares and how 413Cares can continue to improve to meet community needs. Gathering as much experience and perspectives is very important. Please share among your networks and communities. The survey will remain open until April 23, 2023. PHIWM will also share the aggregate data once their team is able to analyze it. *Apologies to anyone who receives this survey through multiple listservs!

How many would benefit from Child & Family Tax Credit?

The proposed Child & Family Tax Credit would help families by providing $600 each year for each child under 13 and dependent adults over 65 years of age or with disabilities. It simplifies existing benefits, removes the large family penalty, and would increase with inflation. Click HERE for an interactive dashboard to see how many are eligible in YOUR district.
