TSAHC Treats That Make Buying a Home Less Scary!

This month TSAHC increased the income limits and removed purchase price limits for our down payment assistance programs. This is big news for home buyers and will allow us to better meet our mission and serve more home buyers through our programs! Please view our recent blog post to learn more about how this will affect home buyers in the current market and view frequently asked questions.

More than 50 years after the Fair Housing Act was enacted in the United States, the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community is making significant strides in homeownership. One milestone came earlier this year when the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced it would begin enforcing the Fair Housing Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
