Ways to Donate or Volunteer in Your Community This Holiday Season

Strafford County Warming Shelter
The Warming Center for Strafford County, managed by the Community Action Partnership, will open for the season on Monday, 11/29 at 5 p.m.

CAP is seeking volunteers, meals, and basic donations to support its clients. Those interested in a standing weekly meal donation should contact dclark@straffordcap.org.

Local Food Banks
There are many food banks in the Strafford region that are accepting donations. The NH Food Bank website is a good resource for a complete listing in Strafford, Rockingham and Carroll counties.
Community Happenings
Little Indonesia Holiday Bazaar
Saturday, Nov. 27, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The 5-week series of the Little Indonesia Holiday Bazaar has begun at the Little Indonesia Cultural Center located at 156 High St., Somersworth.

These events will be the last 5 fundraising events for Indonesian Community Connect at Little Indonesia for the year.

Come and experience Indonesian culture with food, arts, crafts, fashion, LIVE MUSIC, dances, JOB FAIR and much more! Alternate dates include Dec. 4, 11, and 18.
Milton Mills Holiday Stroll
Saturday, Nov. 27, noon - 5 p.m.

Join the Milton Mills Committee for its third annual Holiday Stroll, a fabulous day filled with holiday festivity and goodwill on Small Business Saturday in beautiful Milton Mills, New Hampshire!
 
Events include shopping and strolling Milton Mills, visiting the makers market at Liberty Chapel, and the Tree Lighting at Waumbeck Park!
