Note from the Principals

Did you know that St. Bernard’s Academy is a member of the CSJ Educational Network? The Sisters of St. Joseph formed the network over thirty years ago to support Catholic education in California. St. Bernard’s was the first school the Sisters opened when they came west from Chicago in 1912. Their network includes nearly 30 schools in San Francisco, Orange, and San Diego.

I am a member of the CSJ Advisory Board — university professors, Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, superintendents, and principals — and we are meeting today on the Sister’s campus in Orange. Serendipitous scheduling — SB football will be a short drive away after the meeting. Go Crusaders!
