New Early Start Authorization Application Process Launches on Fast Track Today
Starting tomorrow, Early Start Authorization applications may be submitted directly on Fast Track. Permit applications eligible for early start will be denoted under the "Type" column on the list of your permits.

To submit an Early Start Authorization Application, click the link and download the application. You will then be guided to the document upload tool, with the Document Type and Description fields already filled in.
