Admissions Update for Current Aggie Families (Re-enrollment for 2022-23)
Re-enrollment is the process for our current families to determine their enrollment for the following school year. This period of time will be from January 8 – 21, 2022.
There is a $100 re-enrollment fee per child ($300 maximum per family). If families do not re-enroll their children during this time, their seats will be open to incoming families. Please help us out and finalize your decisions during this time period. If you have any questions, always feel free to reach out to Mr. Joseph Olson in the Admissions Office at 651-925-8803.

Volunteers – E3/VIRTUS Updates-Timelines
If you are hoping to chaperone or otherwise volunteer with youth at Saint Agnes School you will need to be E3 compliant. E3 includes: Background Check/123B report, Code of Conduct and Safe Environment training. Updates required every three years. Due to slower process times nationwide – it can take up to 2 weeks to process Background Checks and 123B reports.
New Volunteer
- 90 minutes online in VIRTUS
- Required paperwork
- Completed BG check and 123B report.
Current Volunteer Updates
- 45 minutes online in VIRTUS
- Required paperwork

Multi-Location (new to Saint Agnes)

Center for Mission 2022 Writing Contest
The Center for Mission is sponsoring their annual writing contest focusing on the question, "How has listening to Jesus’ voice led you to live out the Church’ s mission to continue Christ’s work?"
There are multiple grade brackets and prizes for the top essays! Entries will be accepted January 31-March 4, 2022.

Early Dismissal 12/22 – No After School Care
All students in grades PreK-12 are dismissed at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 22. There is no After School Care this day.

Order your High School Yearbooks before December 31st – prices will increase after the new year!
Last day to order a yearbook will be January 31, 2022.

Dual-Enrollment – ONE DAY LEFT TO REGISTER!
Students in grades 9-12 have a unique opportunity to register for classes as "Dual-Enrollment" and earn 3 college credits through University of Mary - credits that are transferrable to other colleges and universities! Currently, registration is open for Semester 2 and Full-Year courses only; this is the final registration for this school year.

At this link you will find an extra copy of forms for UMary Dual-Enrollment; printed forms will be emailed and handed out to students this week. A few things to highlight:

Due: Tuesday, December 7

Cost: $95 per class (3.00 credits earned toward college per course)
- College credits earned are transferrable to other colleges (not just UMary!)

Contact UMary’s Registrar Office to get a transcript of your completed credits
- Turn in forms to the Main Office w/payment (check or cash)

NOTE: Forms must be filled out and turned in. If you don’t fill out forms completely or correctly, they’ll be returned to you to revise.
Feel free to contact the Main Office if you have questions; please consult the documents first as all of the important information is overviewed there and will likely address your questions.

Father/Daughter Dance - Saturday, Jan. 29th, 2022
Save the date for this year's Father/Daughter dance. Young ladies in grades 9 through 12 are invited to attend with their dad, grandfather, godfather or other male role model.

Attention Juniors: Registration for the ACT
It’s time to begin thinking about the ACT! Information regarding how to register for the ACT was emailed from Mrs. Trana to the juniors and their parents/guardians on Thursday, December 2. The email contained instructions on creating your ACT account and registering for the exam(s). You can also find those instructions here.
Saint Agnes is hosting the ACT on April 2, 2022. You must be registered by February 25! Due to COVID restrictions, we anticipate significantly reduced capacity. Be sure to register soon to ensure your spot! Note: April 2, 2022 is the Saturday at the end of our Spring Break this year.
