Robb began his career in the collision repair industry 35 years ago as a refinish technician. Since that time Robb has held positions working for Collision Centers, Distribution, and PPG Industries. His roles over the years have included Collision Center Management, Technical Sales, and Business Solutions Manager. It was in the role of Business Solutions Manager that Robb worked to develop and deliver training and onsite workshops targeted at improving throughput in the collision repair refinish area.
