Dear LTHS Students, Parents/Guardians, and Families:
As a follow-up to our message earlier this week, we are continuing to monitor weather conditions and forecasts to determine if any changes will be necessary to our final exam schedule on Friday, December 23.
Our current plan is to proceed with Period 1 and 8 final exams on Friday. However, we will make a final decision early Friday morning, and will communicate that decision to our students, staff, and community no later than 6:00am. The communication will be sent via e-mail, text message, and voice call.
As a reminder, the current schedule for Friday is below:
- Period 1 Exam (7:45am-9:25am)
- Period 8 Exam (9:50am-11:30am)
- Make-up Exam (11:35am-1:15pm)
- Buses will depart at 11:40am
Once again, we appreciate your patience and flexibility as we focus on keeping students and staff safe and successfully concluding first semester courses.
