Dear Members,

Welcome to the April newsletter! Spring is here and wildflowers in Southern California deserts are blooming. What is also blooming is this month’s member news. We have book publications and congratulations for several people. A good network communication message is for our members to congratulate those listed in our Membership News. Finally, the U.S. Supreme Court on March 31, 2022 handed down its ruling that federal courts do not have authority to search an arbitration dispute for a federal question that would establish jurisdiction to confirm or deny an arbitral award. Check it out and have a great April!
