Sen. Tina Polsky, chairwoman of the Palm Beach County Legislative Delegation, announced that the delegation’s local bill and final public hearing prior to the 2023 Florida Legislative Session will now take place on Thursday, Jan. 12, at 1:30 p.m., rather than 2 p.m., as it was previously listed.

The PBC Public Safety Department’s Division of Animal Care and Control (ACC) is urging prospective pet owners to adopt or foster this holiday season instead of buying from a pet store. To encourage adoptions, ACC is offering $25 adoption fees through the end of the year!
