Seniors: College App Results and Scholarships

College Application Results

Upon receiving the results of your applications (accepted, etc.), please put the results in Naviance. Info in Naviance is strictly confidential. Putting your results in Naviance is very important because the data populates comparison charts used to measure a student's admission chances. Putting your results in Naviance will greatly help the next class of seniors when they start applying to college. Here is how: 

• "Colleges I'm applying to" 
• "Edit" 
• "Result" 
• "Save college application" 

Scholarships

Now it's time to look for money (scholarships) to pay for college. Look in Naviance - there are over 100 local/national outside scholarships listed. When landing scholarships, please keep track of them. You'll have to list all your scholarships at the end of the year, so keeping track of them now is wise.

Kairos Retreat for Juniors & Seniors - Applications Due January 9

Kairos is a high school retreat model which helps students grow in their relationships with God by becoming better leaders through storytelling, reflection, and ritual.

Retreatants become role models of faith and form a community of joy and virtue.

This retreat is open to NDA juniors and seniors and will be held at Camp Tekakwitha February 24 - 26, 2023, at a cost of $100.

Buy Your Tickets Today, The Little Mermaid - January 19 - 22

Travel under the sea with Notre Dame Academy’s production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid. Based on the classic animated film and broadway show, Disney's The Little Mermaid is a beautiful and dynamic musical for all ages to enjoy.

Musical Performances will be:

Thursday, January 19 at 7 p.m.

Friday, January 20 at 7 p.m.

Saturday, January 21 at 2 p.m.

Saturday, January 21 at 7 p.m.

Sunday, January 22 at 2 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online at ndamusical.ludus.com. Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $10 for students/children.

There will also be tickets available for purchase at the door one hour before each performance.

Yearbook Order - Price to Increase January 1

Don't forget to order your 2022-23 Yearbook! Orders can be placed online through Jostens website. Orders placed by Dec. 31, 2022 are $70. Prices increase to $75 as of January 1st.

Save the Date! Tritonfest - February 18

Tritonfest 2023 will take place on February 18. The annual fundraiser entitled Give for Good is held at NDA and is attended by over 400 parents, alumni, faculty and community leaders. Purchase your table today! Individual tickets go on sale in January.

Girls Tennis - WIAA Sportsmanship Award

NDA girls tennis has been awarded the 2022 WIAA Sportsmanship Award! This is the seventh time NDA tennis has won; the second time for the girl's team (last time was 2008).

Award winners are determined by the conduct and sportsmanship displayed by athletes, coaches, cheer and support groups, mascots, bands and spectators. Additional consideration is given for the effort of school administrators and chaperones to ensure support for their teams are positive and that the highest ideals of sportsmanship are demonstrated.

The Athletic Department would like to wish you all a very Happy Holiday Season and Happy New Year. Please be safe.
