WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Wolf You Feed:
An MLK Sunday Reflection on the Work Ahead in 2022
Rev. Lisa Garcia-Sampson
Another major election year is upon us and again we face a collective choice about the direction of our state and country. But the fate of our movement for justice lies in every small choice we individually make along the way. We are the totality of those choices. On Sunday January 16th we'll reflect on what Dr. King taught us about the nature of movements and how each of us are called to embody our faith in the new year.

Rev. Lisa Garcia-Sampson serves as the Executive Director of UU Justice NC, The Unitarian Universalist Justice Ministry of North Carolina. In this role, she works with UUs across the state to do justice work spanning racial, economic, immigrant, environmental and electoral justice. She also proudly serves as this congregation's Community Minister.

If you wish to have a joy or sorrow named in the service,
please send your joy or sorrow to Rev. Alison here or text her at (919)391-8517 by 9AM on Friday.

VIRTUAL COFFEE HOUR: Please join Rachel Rose for this important time of connection. We meet here, via Zoom at 11:30 AM on Sunday. We have an icebreaker, randomly-assigned groups (it's fun!) time for sharing and fellowship, then a closing reading. We hope to see you there!
LIVESTREAMING IN-PERSON SUNDAY SERVICES We livestream the in-person worship service each Sunday at 10 AM. View the livestream here, on the church's Youtube channel. In case the livestream is interrupted, a recording of the service will be made and posted following the service.
