As we enter this season of gratitude, I would like to express our appreciation for the strength of our community and the continued resilience of our RBUSD partnership between PTSA, RBEF, BCHD and the administrators, teachers, and classified staff. I felt especially blessed for our Association to return to meeting in-person this week and to plan events where Parras families can get to know each other. I hope we can continue our current success in beating this horrible pandemic by taking care, in multiple ways, of every member of our community. Our PTSA is excited to plan school events that make the Parras experience inclusive and impactful for our kids and we invite you to join us in that endeavor. Wishing everyone a happy, safe and restful Thanksgiving!
Thanks to all those that have contributed to the Parras PTSA so far this year!

We currently have 640 members, we are at 59% of our goal of 1087!
WHY JOIN?Your $12 membership not only helps pay for programs at Parras, it strengthens the PTA's ability to advocate for our children at the local level, the state level & the national level.

We had a great discussion with our School Resource Officers, Yap & Wolfinger, at our PTSA meeting last week. As a result, we'd like to address cyber safety and the need for parents to discuss with their teens the dangers that are online and how to agree on limits for their online behavior. Here are some resources for parents to aid in that conversation:
