columnCome Ready for Treats This Sunday
Enjoy Goodies and Support Youth Mission
Bring your sweet tooth to Coffee Hour this Sunday! There will be tasty treats for you to enjoy, courtesy of the Youth Bake Sale. You can also stock up on goodies to take home to enjoy later in the day or share at work on Monday.

Additionally, this year there is opportunity to purchase Rice Krispie Treats to then donate to Sunday Night Supper, which is served weekly by Fourth Church Meals Ministry to those in need.

All proceeds from the bake sale support our youth's upcoming 2018 mission trips to Cuba, Detroit, Montreat, and Missouri.

clocksLenten Taizé and Time of Meditation
Friday Evening, March 23
As we prepare for Holy Week, join us for a quiet candlelit Lenten Taizé service--a contemplative time of meditative song, silent reflection, and prayer for peace, reconciliation, and unity--which will be held Friday evening, March 23 at 7:30 p.m. in Buchanan Chapel.

While we typically host a labyrinth walk immediately prior to our Taizé services, this month the Spiritual Formation Council and Labyrinth Ministry Team will be hosting a time of Lenten prayer and meditation in the Hospitality Suite, just off Buchanan Chapel, between 6:00 and 7:30 p.m., prior to the Taizé service.

Time:
     Friday, March 23
     6:00 to 7:30 p.m. (prayer and meditation)
     7:30 p.m. (Taizé)

Place:
     Hospitality Suite  (prayer and meditation)
     Buchanan Chapel (Taizé)
