Ash Wednesday Worship
Wednesday, March 6
12:10 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
To begin our Lenten journey, we will gather for worship on Ash Wednesday. Shannon Kershner will preach at both services, which will include Communion and the opportunity to receive the imposition of ashes.
Ashes on the Way
Wednesday, March 6
7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The imposition of ashes will also be available in the Narthex and outside the Sanctuary throughout the day. This is offered for those in our community who are unable to be with us for worship but who find the ashes to be a meaningful way to mark the beginning of this season of repentance and reflection.
Lenten Devotions
Beginning Wednesday, March 6
A resource for prayer and reflection, the Lenten devotions will be available through five different means beginning on Ash Wednesday.
In print (in the church literature racks)
Path of Discipleship
Tuesdays, March 12–April 16
6:00–8:30 p.m.
A six-week Lenten series that explores and applies particular spiritual practices that can deepen our faith journey as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Have you seen the
Taizé triptych or the one of
ice-covered trees outside the church?
What about the
snow-capped goblins outside the west Sanctuary window or the
first graders at work on a Social Service Center project?

Did you miss the
NBC Nightly News piece on the
Good Memories Choir that meets weekly at Fourth Church?
Or the
