Currently, JFS SV is assisting refugees from Afghanistan and other locations. If you are interested in learning more, have questions or ideas, or would like to provide support to refugees in other ways, please contact JFS SV volunteer and refugee housing committee member, Debbie Michels, debbiemichels@yahoo.com, 408-507-1282. Thank you!

Silicon Valley Period Equity Project
January 1st - January 31st

It's hard to believe that in today’s modern world, people who menstruate still find themselves unable to go to school or work because they cannot afford the supplies needed during their period. SNAP and WIC do not cover menstrual products in California, and prisons do not supply these items to incarcerated individuals. Let’s work together to ease this burden.
