Employee of the Month Zack Osburn!
Congratulations to our Employee of the Month Zack Osburn!
"Zack is one of the hardest workers, and just all around great Humans, I’ve ever met.  Having him on the Airways Team makes a HUGE difference. The guy goes above and beyond on a daily, always has a positive attitude, he’s extremely reliable, and just a pleasure to be around. In terms of working within his own department, or branching out to help in another area, he’s always willing to help and there for his fellow co-workers. He Always finds a way to get a job done- and done WELL!

"Over the last few months, when things have been crazy, he’s taken it in stride and never complains or shows signs of cracking under the constant pressure of International shipping. I think he sets a great example for the rest of us, not only in International, but companywide.

"Thanks for being YOU Zack, and Congrats on the well deserved Employee of the Month, sir!" ~ Dakota Parsley, Account Manager, International Tradeshow
"He’s one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever been around, second only to his mother. He has raised the bar for operational speed and efficiency in our department and is one of those people that is always willing to help ‘pioneer the way’.  We are lucky to have him." ~ Brad Watson, EVP, International
"Zack is someone that I can absolutely depend on. He is responsive when I call him with an urgent request. If I have a question, he’s always willing to take some time out of his day to answer patiently. He makes me look like I can work magic!"
~ Jamie Bellefontaine
Logistics Engineer, Dragos
"Zack is a true asset to Airways and our international team. In his short time with our company his has done an excellent job learning the ins and outs of the international shipments and is a sponge he really soaks it in and retains what he learns. We use the term “take ownership” he does with everything he does. I am very fortunate to have him working in my area."  ~ Dan Helton, Product Account Manager, International
"Zack is quick to respond to any request and always willing to take any job on.
He’s a credit to his department."
~ Jerome Casey, Vice President, International Ocean Operations
"Aside from just being a great guy to be around, Zack is one of the most efficient people I’ve worked with. He has great initiative, is always happy to help out where he’s needed, & always has a steady, calm demeanor. Plus, when you show him how to do something once, he never forgets it. Well deserved." ~ Hunter Waddle, International Tradeshow Department, Special Account Manager

Final Thoughts...
With November being a time of thankfulness and the beginning of the holiday season, we’d be remiss to not thank all of our employees, agents, vendors, and especially our customers for their part in making Airways successful.

To our dedicated staff, we’re thankful for our Airways family, for your commitment to exceeding expectations and taking ownership in all you do. Airways is nothing without our incredible family.

To our agents, thank you for proudly “waving the Airways flag” and for your partnership in providing the best service in the industry. Airways is truly the “House that Airways Agents Built”.

To our vendors, we greatly appreciate your service to Airways and dedication to meeting the needs of our customers.

To our customers, thank you for entrusting your cargo needs to Airways and for the confidence you put into us every day.

It takes many parts to make an engine run. Thanks to our combined parts, Airways is a smooth functioning, efficient machine.
