The Oklahoma Municipal League (OML) and the Oklahoma Home Builders Association (OkHBA) are announcing a collaborative effort to encourage the construction of new homes in rural areas. The concept is designed to utilize abandoned or city owned lots, as well other privately owned properties with owners interested in participating in the program. More Information
