City Breaks Record in 2021
The City broke a new record for single family housing permits in 2021.

502 permits were issued last year which makes the largest issuance in the last 10 years.

This means over $109 million dollars in financial value was brought into Perry.

Amici Italian Cafe & Brewery Coming to Perry Parkway
New growth continues on north Perry Parkway and local franchisees of a new Amici Italian Cafe & Brewery closed on property last month at Perry Parkway and Washington Place.

The local franchisee hopes for the Perry location to be open by year's end 2022. 

Perry Recognized For Excellence in Financial Reporting
The GFOA awarded the City of Perry with the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting again for the annual comprehensive financial report.

This award represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.

Basketball Referees Wanted
Perry Leisure Services is in search of youth basketball referees this upcoming season (January - March).

Participants must be 17 years old and older, receive $20 per game, and have opportunities for training.

Perry Leisure Services strives to provide the community with opportunities to enhance their physical, social, and emotional well-being according to the needs of all citizens.
