Greetings!
ACTIVITIES UPDATE
Disability Month Meet & Greet
The month of October 2023 was a busy one for members of AWorks. It culminated in the celebration of National Disability Awareness Month with a Meet & Greet at the Lawrence Citizens Center.

Community Give Back Day
On October 21, AWorks attended the community event at the Lawrence Public Library. Many vendors braved the rain and traffic and exhibited what their organizations offer the Lawrence community.

Dinner of Hope 2023 is now history. We wish to give a shout-out to everyone who supported us through donations and ticket purchases.
Check Out All the Photos!
Check out the Dinner Gallery. As the pictures will suggest, everyone had a great time at this wonderful yearly event.

And look at our final take on the EVENT itself.
You may also want to check out the souvenir booklet received by those who attended.

AWorks is hoping to connect with local businesses inhouse, on ZOOM, or at different community events where we can help you, your employee(s), and HR representatives regarding the pros members of the Aspie world could bring to your company. If you would like to have us come to your place of work or event, kindly contact us at info@aspergerworks.org for more information!
AWorks Volunteers
We are looking for Volunteer Grant Writers, English-Spanish Translators, researchers, copy editors, graphic artists, photographers, videographers, and any other talent you may have.

We also encourage young people interested in Community Service to join our Internship Program.

Whether You Are Interested in Volunteering or Interning with us, please fill out our Volunteer Application Form. Do you have what it takes to join AWorks?

We're Still Looking!
Do you know of any inexpensive small office spaces available for rent in the greater Lawrence area? We are looking for such a space so that we can serve our clients in person once more.

If you have a lead, please contact us at info@aspergerworks.org.
Attention Potential Changemakers!
Are you interested in making a BIG difference in your community? AWorks is the place for you. We are looking for people committed to improving the lives of Aspies to join our Board of Directors or our Advisory Board.
