HPED Adopts New name for 2022

HPED announced at our annual meeting in October that we will be changing our name to Discover Haverford, which we feel better reflects our mission, includes a call to action, and is easier to remember. We will still legally be HPED, "doing business as Discover Haverford." You'll see us using the name Discover Haverford more consistently in 2022.

We ask that you like and follow our Discover Haverford Facebook page if you haven't already, as we will be moving to using that page exclusively. Thanks!

Discover Haverford and Haverford Township Create Matching Facade Grant Program

Does the outside of your business need some work? Do you need a higher quality sign to attract customers? Do you want to replace windows or doors? Would you like to add plantings or window boxes? Now is a great time to start thinking about it!

We are currently developing the guidelines for a Matching Façade Grant Program with Haverford Township (using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act) which will be rolled out in early 2022. Watch for an announcement with details in mid-January!
