Women in the finance sector, often called dragons, still represent a small minority, especially in the higher spheres of power. The documentary film Dragon Women is a series of intimate portraits of five senior women in finance. Hear what made them succeed in business, plus the mechanisms they've had to implement to survive.

BIOGRAPHIES

Frédérique de Montblanc

Film Director

Both film director and visual artist, Frédérique de Montblanc studied at Concordia University in Montreal (BFA) then at the California Institute for the Arts in Los Angeles (MFA). She is currently touring her feature length documentary Dragon Women in film festivals and on TV while developing Adria Supernova, a feature length comedy produced by Wrong Men (BE). In the past, she has produced a number of interdisciplinary art projects with visual artists such as: Various Artists (BE), Madaleine Trigg (NZ), Janne Larsen (US) and Mihail Onea (RO). Frederique lives in Brussels.

Nancy Pham

Head of EMEA for Electronic Credit Sales, UBS

Nancy is the Head of EMEA for UBS’ Electronic Credit distribution business for Global Markets. She looks after all areas of electronic fixed income trading including the Market structure for our agency offering called UBS Bond Port and our Principal market making business. Nancy Pham attended the University of Houston studying biology, and segwayed into International Business. Her 23 year career to date has entailed challenging roles across the globe. Nancy is very passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and was one of the founding members of D,E &I for UBS Global Markets Switzerland. She currently co-leads the recruitment stream for UBS Investment Bank.
