SETTING SAFETY GOALS FOR 2023

Safety Goal Setting

It is the time of year that our families come together to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments and begin looking to the future in anticipation.

As organizations, we also come together with our work families and plan for the coming year. Now is the perfect time to set goals as an organization as we celebrate our successes with our most valuable resource, our employees. Safety goals should be included during the organizational goal setting process.

Placing importance on the safety of your employees both while at work and at home will demonstrate to your employees the importance you place in them. Check out MSA’s webinar on Safety Goal Setting: Safety Goal Setting Webinar
