Noon - 1:30pm
“Wow….What Just Happened?” (3.5 clock hours)
1:30pm-5:00pm

Holy smokes! Did you get the license plate off that bus?

Sometimes that is the way this industry feels.

In the last several years, issues of huge significance have rocked the peaceful foundation of our industry and created turbulence out of what many of us knew, for decades, to be still waters.

This class examines the most weighty and significant issues of the last 12 months and places them in perspective.

How do those issues affect brokers in their day-to-day sales?

What can brokers do to avoid problems created by recent statutory case law?

Sometimes, understanding the underpinnings of a problem can make the solution more manageable.

This class studies current issues and problems and reveals the most effective solutions and strategies in easy-to-understand language.

Checklist:
Is your Website ADA Accessible?
In 2021, nearly 3,000 ADA website accessibility-related lawsuits were filed in federal court, an increase of 14% over 2020.

Major real estate brokerages across the country have been sued, as have individual real estate agents.

While some cases have been dismissed, these lawsuits generate negative publicity and take significant legal resources to defend.

TechHelpline offers a checklist to determine if your website is ADA accessible.
RPR’s Latest Release:
A Refreshed Version of the
Property Details Page
Here’s the big reveal!

Right off the bat you’ll notice that the new layout offers better “at a glance” visibility to key property information.

That’s because we’ve taken the Property Summary and Basic Facts information and moved it right next to the property photo.

By moving these details right alongside the media viewer, you’ll no longer have to scroll down to view this important information. (This was a big “ask” from many of our users!).

Putting the Basic Facts and quick links to valuation info right next to the property photo(s) is a strategic workflow improvement that helps you see more with less effort.
