We will not be offering Children's Chapel this weekend to allow the little ones to enjoy the pageant and the full spirit of Christmas with family.

Nursery care will be offered at the 4:30 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. services on Christmas Eve, but will not be available at the 10:30 p.m. service or on Christmas Day.

There's still time! If you forgot to sign up but your child would like to participate in one of the Christmas Eve pageants, please reach out to Katie ASAP!

Please join us for a festive reception after the 10:30 p.m. service on Christmas Eve. Bring something sweet or savory to share, and place on the serving table in the parish hall. A Christmas ham and libations will be provided. All are welcome!

The Christ Church Nativities will be on display in the parish hall window bays through January 1. They have been gifted to our community by parishioners over the years, and depict the birth of Jesus from cultures around the world.

In this season of gratitude and anticipation, we invite you to prayerfully explore whether your 2022 pledge was made at a level that still feels right to you. If not, we ask that you consider CC+WP as you determine end-of-year giving, either through the offering plate, stock, or other means. Our community exists thanks to your generosity, and we are deeply grateful.

Our office will be closed the week of December 26 to give staff and clergy some time with family. We look forward to seeing everyone in the new year!

The Christ Church + Capitol Hill Community Quilters made a quilt for baby Sedra, and the Outreach team provided backpacks filled with educational toys and games for big brothers, Yusuf and Tayyib. The Stanikzai family is doing well and is looking forward to another opportunity to visit with folks from Christ Church and St. Mark's in January.
