FALL FAMILY NIGHT 10/31
Mark your calendars for Monday, October 31, 2022 from 5-7 PM as we gather at Point Pleasant for our annual Fall Family Night. Come dressed in your best costumes (no occult themes, please) and come enjoy a night of fun and fellowship! Big Bon Pizza and Silk Road Catering will be providing gourmet pizza and fair food such as wings and pretzels!

COLLEGE CARE PACKAGES
We have the opportunity to send over 50 care packages this year to our college students! Please bring in baked goods, individually packaged snacks and letters to our college students. Anything that you can provide will be greatly appreciated, but the letters are treasured most! All items and letters must be placed in the boxes in Telfair and Olmstead Hall boxes by November 6. A list of names of our college students can be found here.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
It’s that time of year again! 100 Operation Christmas Child boxes have been assembled and placed in the Fellowship Hall and Narthex. Take a box, fill it, and return by November 13. Please be sure to place $10 for shipping costs in your box. Make checks payable to Samaritan's Purse, and note on the memo line for Operation Christmas Child. Please do not put the money for this in the offering plate. Put a label for boy/girl and the appropriate age on top of the box. Contact Sarah Miles if you have questions at 912-656-8164.

WOC FALL BIBLE STUDY
Interested in joining this year's Women of the Church Fall Bible study? It will take place at two separate times: Tuesday mornings, from 9:30-11:00 AM in Telfair Hall or on Zoom; and Wednesday evenings, from 6:30-7:45 PM in the Whitaker Building, first floor. The Fall Sunday School quarter begins at the new time (9:00 AM - 9:40 AM). For details about your Sunday school class, visit the website. This quarter is not elective, so you will return to the class that corresponds to your age.

BIBLE READING PLAN FOR 2022
For 2022, we will offer the Ligonier Tabletalk Bible reading plan. Hard copies will be available on Sundays and in the church office, you can use the provided pdf or utilize the Ligonier app on your smartphone or tablet. The TableTalk Reading plan has two readings each day, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. We trust that this plan will help you develop a healthy habit of reading your Bible daily. Ligonier also offers a variety of reading plans designed to help you prioritize reading God's word daily.
