It's a glorious October day in New Orleans, my favorite month here...
We had our first salon with Andy Baird last Saturday and it was wonderful. I hope more people will join Jacobo Roa on the 28th and Michelle Gagliano on November 18th. Sharing and talking about art is illuminating and stimulating, so please join.
While we enjoy parades, festivals, and all New Orleans has to offer,
we must remember to keep the innocent people suffering
in the wars in the Ukraine and the Middle East in our hearts & minds.
I close my yoga practice everyday with this prayer...
May all beings be happy. May all beings have peace. May all beings everywhere, be free, free from suffering, free from misery.
