Hallett Load-in Information

Max Track Time Load-in will commence on Wednesday evening - please reference communications from MTT regarding your load-in if you are participating in the Thursday test day.

Staging will be outside the gate, please follow instructions from Hallett staff.

Load-in for those not participating in the MTT Thursday test will begin at 2:00p Thursday 10/19. Smaller trucks/trailers will be able to proceed through the NEW tunnel any time after 2:00p CST.

Semi tractors and larger stacker rigs that will not fit through the tunnel (see supplemental rules for details) will have to cross the racetrack as in previous years. The track will be cold from 2:00-2:10p CST to allow these trucks to cross over. Trucks arriving after 2:10:00p CST that cannot fit through the tunnel will have to wait until the next scheduled crossing from 4:00-4:10p CST. The next crossing time will be when the track goes cold at 5:00p CST

Parking Those with carports reserved through Hallett should proceed to those carports (see supplemental rules for details). Non-reserved parking is in the grass areas adjacent to the carports, please do not block any roadways or other teams from operating. Non-reserved spots are first-come-first-served. Schedule and additional event information can be found at the supplemental rules link below.
