letters of intent currently being accepted for middle-income housing tax credit (mihtc) applications

CHFA is currently accepting Letters of Intent (LOIs) for Middle-income Housing Tax Credit (MIHTC) applications. Click here to access the LOI submission system. Concept meetings may also be requested.

Per the MIHTC Allocation Plan, it is required for applicants to submit an LOI prior to submitting an application.

LOIs are due on March 17th by 5:00pm MT. Applications are due on May 19th by 5:00pm MT.
