Walk-a-Thon T-shirt SALE End Tonight

All Cherry Chase students will receive a complimentary “Chargers Go the Extra Mile” themed T-shirt to wear for this year’s Walk-A-Thon on April 4th. 



If students want to CHANGE to a size different from the default for their grade, please complete THIS FORM by Monday 3/3. Default sizes are:

• Grades TK-1 : Youth Small
• Grades 2-3 : Youth Medium
• Grades 4-5 : Youth Large

Family members and friends, you can also show Charger Pride by purchasing a Walk-A-Thon shirt of your very own. Don’t miss out on this limited opportunity! Buy through the e-store by Monday, 3/3. 

PLEASE NOTE that Walk-a-thon will be in the morning this year, Friday, Apr 4, 9am-12pm. Please take the morning off to join us!

Dine for a Cause: PTA Night at Chuck E. Cheese – March 7th!

Join us for a fun-filled restaurant night at Chuck E. Cheese, where 20% of all proceeds from our school's families will go directly to PTA programs.

Art AfterSchool Classes: Exciting New Art form for Spring Session

This year, students will explore Lipin Art, a unique art form inspired by Lippan handicraft, a traditional fine art from the desert regions of Rajasthan and Gujarat, India. The word "Lippan" means "to apply," and this intricate craft uses mud, thread, and mirrors to create beautiful designs featuring camels, birds, trees, flowers, and peacocks.

Students will also dive into Mosaic Art, a creative technique that uses tiles and colored glass pieces to form stunning patterns and images.

Donate to Staff Appreciation Event This Friday

Help us treat our teachers and staff as they wrap up the second trimester! Bring non-perishable items to front office by March 6th. We are also looking for help at the event on Friday, March 7th.

2025-26 PTA Board Openings

We are still looking to fill some positions in next year's PTA Board:

• President: run meetings, attend events, sign checks, troubleshoot. Required for PTA to exist.
• After School Programs VP: Liaison between vendors, school and families. Programs will need to be cut back if we do not fill this position.
• Communications VP: manage eBlast newsletters, website, social media
• Parliamentarian: helps keep orderly meetings, convenes nominating committee

The Walk-a-Thon Auction: Help Us Make It a Success!

The Walk-a-Thon auction contributes approximately 30% of the funds raised at our event. Family donations often bring the most unique and exciting prizes—and we need your creativity!
